Where Is XENOM Dallas?

The Star, Frisco, Texas

The Star is the world-class HQ of the Dallas Cowboys, about 30 minutes north of downtown Dallas.

The competition floor will be in The Ford Center, a 510,000 sq. ft facility with full climate control.

Athletes and spectators enter via the main entrance on Cowboys Way. Wayfinding signage will be throughout the venue from 7:00 AM on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June. Follow signs to Athlete Check-In or Spectator Entrance.

Getting Here

By Car

From Dallas North Tollway

Head north on the Dallas North Tollway and take the exit for Warren Pkwy / Gaylord Pkwy. Head west on Warren Pkwy, then turn right on Cowboys Way. The Star will be on your left.

From US-380 (University Drive)

Head east or west on US-380 to Cowboys Way, then turn north. The Star is approximately half a mile up on your right.

From I-35E (North)

Take I-35E north toward Denton, then merge onto the Sam Rayburn Tollway (121) heading east. Exit at Cowboys Way heading north. The Star is just off the exit.

From Sam Rayburn Tollway (TX-121)

Head east or west on TX-121 and take the Cowboys Way exit north. The Star is less than a mile from the interchange.

By Rideshare

Uber and Lyft both service The Star directly. Use “The Star, 5 Cowboys Way, Frisco, TX” as your destination. Drop-off and pick-up are available along Cowboys Way.

Parking

Spectators and athletes should park in the Blue and Silver garages. These are available for use daily, and parking in these lots is free.

Please refer to the venue map above for garage locations.

Overnight parking is not permitted, and vehicles left overnight are subject to towing.

Spectator Tickets

Bring your crew. All spectators, including family members, will need to buy a general admission ticket.

Adults

Get your general admission ticket here.

Kids 12 & Under

Kids 12 and under attend free with a ticketed adult.

Athlete Check-In

Athlete check-in is mandatory and will take place in the Main Entrance — Upper Level between 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Friday, June 26 (the day before competition). For Pairs competitors, both athletes must attend check-in.

What to Bring

  • Valid photo ID

Athlete Credential

Your athlete wristband gives you access to the venue, athlete-only areas, and general seating. Please bring your wristband with you at all times.

Athletes found passing their wristband to someone else will be disqualified. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.

Bag Policy

Search and scan will be in place for all athlete bags.

There is a Clear Bag policy for all spectators. Approved bags under this policy are:

  • Plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag, not exceeding 12” x 12” x 6”
  • Or a clear, re-sealable, one (1) gallon plastic storage bag
  • Plus a container no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, without a handle or strap (can be carried separately or within an approved plastic bag)

Prohibited Items

  • Outside food or beverages
  • Animals (service animals allowed)
  • Firearms
  • Fireworks, smoke bombs, flares
  • Signs on a stick
  • Drones
  • Illegal drugs
  • Knives
  • Laser pointers
  • Noisemaking devices
  • Offensive clothing

An exception will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags, after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Food & Beverage

Athletes are welcome to bring in their own food and hydration needs for competition. There are no restrictions on athletes entering the venue with food or beverage but these must be consumed within the Athlete Areas. Athletes are responsible for their own meals. Please plan for the full duration of competition each day.

Athletes

Bring your own food and beverages. Water will be provided. Microwaves are available in the athlete concourse.

Spectators

Concessions are available inside the venue for purchasing food and drink.

Athlete Services

Complimentary athlete recovery services will be provided on-site. Athletes are not permitted to bring their own medical professionals (physical therapists, chiropractors, etc.) into the warm-up pit or athlete areas.

Support crew will need a spectator ticket and should plan to bring their own equipment. There is no space to store athlete services support equipment inside the venue.

On-Site Services

  • Dedicated medical space outside the main entrance
  • Warm-up area with athlete-only access
  • Recovery area available between events

How Does the Weekend Work?

XENOM is a two-day event. XENOM Dallas 2026 competition days are Saturday June 27 and Sunday June 28 2026, with athlete check-in on Friday 26 June.
