Overview
Own XENOM's global brand expression, omni-channel marketing strategy and agency ecosystem. Translate the XENOM sport into cultural relevance, commercial demand and category authority.
Responsibilities
- —Own and evolve the XENOM brand positioning as the global standardized test of fitness
- —Design and execute a full-funnel global marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels
- —Lead all creative output including campaign concepts, visual identity systems and content direction
- —Select and manage external creative, PR, media buying and production agencies
- —Lead go-to-market strategies for each city launch
- —Support sponsorship strategy with strong integration concepts and deliverable clarity
- —Define clear marketing KPIs aligned to ticket sales, audience growth, retention and brand metrics
Experience & Background
- —Senior marketing leadership experience within sport, live events, media or high-growth consumer brands
- —Demonstrated experience building and scaling omni-channel marketing systems internationally
- —Strong brand-building credentials with evidence of cultural impact and commercial results
- —Experience managing creative, PR and media agencies at senior level
