Head of Operations / Sport

Design, institutionalize and run the operational engine behind XENOM's live events. Ensure the XENOM sporting framework is delivered precisely, consistently and safely across all territories.

• —Own full operational delivery of XENOM events across all territories, from planning through teardown
• —Build, document and continuously refine detailed standard operating procedures
• —Translate XENOM's standardized sport format into executable operational plans
• —Design procurement protocols and commercial frameworks across venues, production, logistics and staffing
• —Own build, load-in, load-out and teardown timelines and critical path management
• —Design and build the XENOM operations and sport delivery team
• —Own master planning timelines and contingency frameworks for each event
• —Build a globally deployable operating model ensuring consistent sporting conditions

• —Senior operations leadership experience in live sport, major event production or mass participation environments
• —Demonstrated ability to translate a defined sporting format into repeatable operational execution
• —Proven experience building SOPs, procurement frameworks and logistics systems from first principles
• —Strong experience negotiating venue agreements and managing complex supplier ecosystems

• —Structured, decisive and execution-focused
• —Deep understanding of how operational variables affect competitive fairness and athlete performance
• —Authoritative presence in live event environments
• —Willing and able to travel extensively internationally
