Founder's Associate

Work directly with the CEO across strategy, operations, capital planning and execution. A high-trust, high-exposure role designed to materially increase founder leverage across a fast-scaling international sports platform.

• —Work directly with the CEO on highest-priority initiatives across sport, operations, capital strategy and partnerships
• —Translate high-level direction into structured workplans, outputs and accountable execution
• —Conduct market, competitive and structural analysis to inform expansion, pricing, capital and partnership decisions
• —Build clear financial models, operating frameworks and briefing documents
• —Own discrete cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery
• —Assist in preparation of investor materials, board documentation and data room structures
• —Prepare high-quality internal memos, strategy decks and external-facing materials
• —Take ownership of ad hoc, high-impact projects spanning sport, commercial strategy and corporate development

• —Experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital or comparable analytical environments
• —Strong financial modeling and structured problem-solving capability
• —Exposure to founder-led or high-growth environments preferred
• —Demonstrated interest in sport, fitness or performance-led industries

• —Highly organized with strong prioritization discipline
• —Comfortable operating within ambiguity while imposing structure
• —Commercially literate with strong analytical judgment
• —Precise written and verbal communicator
• —High discretion and professionalism when handling confidential corporate matters
