Finance Director

Design, institutionalize and own the global finance function across the US, UK and Europe. Build a finance function that supports scale, capital efficiency and investor-grade governance from first principles.

• —Full ownership of financial operations, controls, reporting and compliance across all XENOM entities
• —Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and relevant local statutory requirements
• —Design and implement robust KPI and financial reporting frameworks
• —Oversee multi-entity reconciliations across currencies and jurisdictions
• —Own treasury strategy including cash forecasting, liquidity planning and capital allocation
• —Select and implement core finance systems including ERP, consolidation tools and payments infrastructure
• —Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modeling for a scaling international events business
• —Prepare the business for institutional capital, preferred equity issuance and strategic transactions

• —Senior finance leadership experience within international businesses operating across the US, UK and Europe
• —Strong technical accounting capability across US GAAP and IFRS
• —Direct exposure to live event, sports, media or similarly operationally complex businesses
• —Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency structures

• —Structured, disciplined and control-oriented
• —Commercially sharp with strong analytical judgment
• —High ownership mentality with low tolerance for weak process or ambiguity in reporting
• —Willing and able to travel internationally as required
